Upper Arlington Crew (UA Crew) has been shaping student-athlete leaderssince 1993. As central Ohio’s only public scholastic rowing team, we provide opportunities for students to develop discipline, teamwork, and resilience — lessons that last a lifetime.

But maintaining a competitive, inclusive, and accessible rowing program requires more than passion — it requires partnerships.

Why Corporate Sponsorship Matters

UA Crew must raise about $80,000 each year to keep our program strong. Athlete participation fees cover coaching, regatta entries, and day-to-day operations, but they don’t cover the costs of:

• Maintaining and upgrading equipment — boats, oars, launches, motors, and safety gear

• Facility operations — boatyard lease, storage, power, and maintenance

• Growing our scholarship fund — ensuring cost isn’t a barrier for any athlete

Your sponsorship fuels all of this, helping us keep rowing safe, competitive, and open to more students.

Sponsors can also choose to direct their support entirely toward scholarships — creating immediate opportunities for students who might otherwise be unable to row.
