• When you submit information to the alumni page, we may collect:

• Your name

• Graduation year or role (athlete, parent, coach)

• Email address

• Optional info (college, career, photos, updates)

2. How We Use It

We use your info to:

• Keep in touch with alumni

• Share team and alumni news

• Invite you to events or fundraising efforts

• Feature your stories or achievements (only with permission)

• We never sell or share your info for commercial purposes.

3. Who Can See It

• Publicly posted alumni stories or photos will appear only if you give us permission.

• Contact info (like your email or phone number) will never be displayed publicly.

4. Your Choices

You can:

• Request to see or update your info

• Ask to remove your info

• Opt out of emails any time by contacting us

5. Keeping Your Info Safe

• We take steps to protect your data and limit access to team leaders and web admins. Still, no online system is 100% secure.
